I'm from Ontario my Godmother who resided in Moncton New Brunswick passed away recently. This is the first time I ordered flowers from out of town and needless to say I was anxious especially having to put my trust in someone I never met. Once I called I was greeted by Jamie who without her valuable help I couldn't possibly have gotten through the difficult phone call I had to make , even though there are pictures on her website, I was still overwhelmed by making a decision. She helped through the entire process and even made suggestions which were extremely helpful to me. She also mentioned since I live out of town, she could take a picture once the arrangement was finished and send it to me through e-mail, which she did. This was a kind and heartfelt gesture on her part, I was further touched that she matched the floral arrangements to the casket arrangements that another family member ordered. I'm absolutely completely satisfied and awed by Jamie. Moncton New Brunswick is very lucky indeed to have Silver Rose and especially Jamie, who without a doubt is a very genuine and caring individual and a gem of a person .
